The room was not clean, with various issues like a loose toilet set, clogged sink, and bed sheets full of holes. However, the maintenance man was friendly and the staff responded quickly to any concerns. I missed out on breakfast and had to ask about it. the receptionist was pleasant, but overall, the experience fell short of expectations.
